MANUS+ WFM has an integrated function to keep track of the various aspects of your installation. The service is developed for complex SaaS environments, with multiple interfaces, distributed clock systems and decentralized services. Monitoring is a real-time expert system.
Technically the monitoring system expects a frequent “live” signal from the main application service, which actively receives irregularities from all attached elements. This concerns everything from WEB-services or update services, to the individual clock devices. The monitoring service is incorporated in MCS (Manus Central Service) and is safeguarded by redundancy on multiple levels.
This ensures the consistent operation of the primary processes related to WFM and T&A.
The specific needs of your organization will be met within a Service Level Agreement. For example, monitoring can take place during office hours only or alternatively, the Manus team take action in relatin to any events that occur on working days until 22:00; there is even a facility for 24/7 monitoring.
Of course, the monitoring service is standard on hosted environments, but can be offered on local installations as well.
